CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c. half and half
3/4 c. butter
2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar

Combine chocolate morsels, half and half, and butter in saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Remove from heat, add sugar. Mix well. Set saucepan in a bowl of iced water, beat until frosting holds shape and loses gloss. Yield: 3 cups.
