PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
2 egg yolks
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar (sifted)
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. half and half
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and peanut butter; add egg yolks, beating well. Gradually add the sugar alternative with the half and half, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla. Makes enough for one three layer cake.
