PORK CHOPS WITH RICE 
6 to 8 pork chops
Salt & pepper
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can onion soup
1 can beef consomme'

Season pork chops and brown in frying pan. Place rice in casserole dish. Combine soups and pour over rice. Place pork chops on top of rice. Cover top of casserole with foil. Cook for one hour at 350 degrees.
