PORK CHOPS & RICE 
4 lg. pork chops
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can consomme
4 slices tomato
4 slices onion
4 slices green pepper

Brown chops in a skillet. In baking dish (8"x11"x2"), put the cup of rice. Place the 4 browned chops on top. Put one slice each of tomato, green pepper and onion on each chop. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour consomme in skillet with pork chop grease and pour over the rice dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. COVER TIGHT WITH FOIL! For more chops increase accordingly.
