INDIAN TAPIOCA PUDDING 
3 tbsp. cornmeal
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ginger
3 c. hot milk
1/2 c. dark molasses

Combine the first 6 ingredients, then add milk and molasses. Stir well and pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir frequently while baking. Serve hot. Serves 6. Top with whipped cream.
