CROCK POT PORCUPINE MEATBALLS | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 1/2 c. minute rice 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 eggs 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1 c. (about) flour 1/2 c. (about) oil 1 can tomato soup Combine the first 7 ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Shape into balls. Roll in flour. Brown in a small amount of oil in skillet. Place in crock pot. Mix soup with 1 1/2 cups water in bowl. Pour over meatballs. Cook on low for 4 hours. |
