PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4-6 center cut pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can Campbell's beef consomme
1 can Campbell's onion soup

Tenderize pork chops (an empty Coke bottle can do this). Dip in flour seasoned with salt and pepper and brown chops in a small amount of Crisco or such. Remove and drain. Place a cup of rice in the bottom of a casserole (10 inch Corning Ware) and add both soups. It looks frightening at this point. Place chops on top of this. Bake covered at 325 degrees for one hour.
