PORK AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 loin chops, 3/4" thick

Brown with seasoned salt. Put in casserole dish. Put 1/2 cup uncooked rice in the pan that chops were in and brown. Add to rice:

1 1/4 c. beef gravy
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Onions as desired
Carrots as desired

Pour mixture over pork, bake or simmer at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
