PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. Minute Rice
2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 soup cans of water.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet, brown pork chops. Mix together the mushroom soup, rice and bouillon cube mixture. Pour into greased casserole dish. Put pork chops on top of rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
