PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 thick cut pork chops
3 c. cooked rice
1 bottle BBQ sauce or 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder (opt.)

Brown pork chops and place in bottom of casserole. Mix together cooked rice, onion, mushrooms and BBQ sauce. Season to taste. Pour mixture over chops and bake in moderate oven for 1 hour.
