CHICKEN OR PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops OR 6 pieces of chicken
1/2 c. rice
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water

Place rice, (uncooked) in casserole. Salt and pepper chicken pieces or pork chops, (trimmed of fat) to taste. Mix soup and water; pour over rice and add meat. Cover tightly and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
