CHICKEN/PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts of 8 pork chops
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 can beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & Pepper or lemon pepper

Season meat; brown; mix rice mix with soup, broth and mushrooms; place meat on top of rice mixture in a 9"x13" baking pan. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
