BROWN RICE AND PORK CHOPS 
2 c. uncooked rice
2 cans consomme beef soup
2 cans French onion soup
1 stick butter
4-6 pork chops

Put uncooked rice in bottom of a casserole dish. Mix in soup and butter. Cut up pork chops into bite-size pieces. Mix all these together. Put in the oven at 450 degrees and bake for 1 hour.
