PORK CHOP 'N POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
Seasoned salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
Vegetable oil
1 c. (4 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions

Brown chops; sprinkle with salt. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions. Put in 9x13 pan.

Arrange pork chops over this. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onion. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
