PORK CHOP -N- POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
Seasoned salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (28 oz.) can french fried onion rings

Brown pork chops and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt. Stir in hash browns, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onion rings. Spoon into 9 x 13 casserole. Arrange pork chops on top. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onion rings. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
