CHIPPED BEEF AND NOODLES IN
CHEESE SAUCE
 
16 oz. noodles, cook and drain
2 qts. med. white sauce
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 qt. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. chipped beef, cut in sm. pieces
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter, stir in flour slowly, then add 1 quart milk while stirring until thick. Add cheese, chipped beef, salt and pepper. Put noodles in pan. Add cream sauce.

Optional: 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, 1/4 cup butter. Put as topping on casserole. Oven 375 degrees, 30 minutes.
