CHEWY BUTTERSCOTCH BARS 
2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. flour
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. golden raisins
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9"x9" pan.

Mix sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in raisins. Spread batter in pan. Bake until golden, 35 minutes. Cool in pan on a rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into 24 bars.
