CHEWY GRANOLA BARS 
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. Quick cooking oats
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. wheat germ
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 c. semi-sweet (6 oz.) chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, peanut butter, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Press mixture evenly in prepared pan. Bake 15-20 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Yield 24 bars.
