CHEWY GRANOLA BARS 
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. sun flower nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. wheat germ
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
6 oz. pkg. (1 c.) chocolate chips

In large bowl, combine brown sugar, peanut butter, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla; blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Press mixture evenly in a 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
