COCONUT SNOWDROPS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sweet butter, softened
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Confectioners' sugar

Combine all except confectioners' sugar. Beat for 1 or 2 minutes at low speed, scraping the sides of the bowl often. Drop by round teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 14 minutes. Should be white when done. Cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. (3 to 4 dozen cookies.)
