FLAKY PIE CRUST FOR DOUBLE CRUST

3/4 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together flour and shortening in small bowl. Mix together salt, milk and vinegar in another bowl and add gradually to flour and shortening mixture.

Bake at 475 degrees for 8-10 minutes (prick crust thoroughly with fork before baking). If not using a baked pie shell fill and bake according to directions.
