FLAKY PIE CRUST - SHAKE RECIPE 
2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. shortening
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cold water

Combine ingredients all at once, put in a sealable bowl, seal and burp. Shake 4 to 5 minutes. Half roll for 9 inch pie crust.
