CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. back fin crab
1-1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Mix ingredients. Shape into approximately 8 cakes. Fry quickly until brown, in a small amount of oil.
