MARYLAND CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat (pick over meat for shells)
2 slices of bread crumble up
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 egg

Mix together and make cakes, makes about 8 or 9 cakes. Fry in a little butter. Keeps very well frozen. You can use a teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
