JALAPENO BREAD 
3 c. cornbread mix
2 1/2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. salad oil (your choice of oil)
3 eggs, well beaten
1 lg. onion, grated
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chipped, crisp bacon
1 sm. can cream style corn
1/2 c. (6 oz.) Jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. cheese, grated

Mix ingredients in order given. Bake in 3 well greased 8 x 8 inch pans at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 12 people.
