JUANITA'S JALAPENO CORN PUDDING
BREAD
 
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. garlic salt or 1 tsp. salt and 1 clove garlic
2 med. onions, chopped
1 (8 oz.) cheese
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 stick melted butter
1 lg. can cream corn

Grease 1 (9 inch) baking pan. Combine all ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
