JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/2 c. grated onion
1 can cream style corn

Mix all ingredients. Bake in muffin tins after they have been greased (and floured well). You can also use cupcake papers. Bake at 400 degrees until done, about 15 minutes or so, until golden on top.
