JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated yellow cheese
1 sm. can cream corn (1 c.)
2 Jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. shortening
3 eggs

Sift dry ingredients. Add rest. Mix well. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
