CHERRY JUBILEES 
CHEESE MIXTURE:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar

Beat well and set aside.

CRUST MIXTURE:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs or vanilla wafers
8 tbsp. sugar
8 tbsp. butter

Mix with hands thoroughly.

1 can cherry pie filling

Place a teaspoonful of crust mixture on bottom of mini-cupcake paper, press down with bottle of whiskey glass. Next add a heaping teaspoonful of cheese mixture. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees. After they have cooled, add a cherry or 2 to each one. Makes 48 tea cakes.
