3 lg. pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese 5 whole eggs 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla CRUST: 18 whole graham crackers 1 stick butter, melted 3 tsp. sugar TOPPING: 1 lg. carton sour cream 5 tsp. sugar 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla for 20 minutes. Crush graham crackers and add butter and sugar. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan for crust. Bake cream cheese mixture (poured over crust) for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and let COOL FOR 10 MINUTES. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla for topping. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture (cooled) and bake for 15 more minutes. Refrigerate. |
