4 (8 oz.) cream cheese (Philadelphia), soften & broken 1 pt. sour cream 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 4 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. milk Mix until liquified. Grease and flour springform pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour (or until set). Shut off oven, prop oven door open a crack. Leave for one hour. Set on counter to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 12. |
