CHEESECAKE 
5 lg. eggs
2/3 c. sugar
2 Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix topping together and put on cake when cool.

Beat 5 large eggs until lemon colored and thick. Add 2/3 cup sugar and beat until thoroughly mixed.

Add 2 (8 ounce) packages of Philadelphia cream cheese and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into well greased 8 inch pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 20 minutes. Then spread over top of cooled cake, 1 cup sour cream and 3 tablespoons granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla mixed together. Cherry or strawberry topping can be added when cake is cool.
