SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. of sweet potatoes, cooked/mashed (3 lg. cans of fancy yams can be substitute for the sweet potatoes)
2 eggs
1/3 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix and put into greased casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped (fine) pecans or walnuts
1/3 stick of butter
1/2 c. of flour (plain)
