APPLE PIE 
1 (9") double pie crust
1/4 c. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Milk
6 c. peeled & sliced baking apples
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, cut into sm. pieces
Sugar

Makes one 9 inch double crust pie. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine apples, sugar, flour and spices; toss gently. Spoon mixture into bottom crust. Dot with butter. Place top crust over filling; seal and flute edges. Cut slits in crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden. Cool on rack.

Johnathon apples, granny smith, mcantosh. It states milk but doesn't say where to put it. I would say brush top crust with milk. but you don't have to. If you don't want to peal apples I think you can find sliced apples in bags in the store. It might take more bags at a cost that you don't want so happy pealing.
