APPLE CRISP 
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 cans apple pie filling
Cinnamon

Put 2 cans of apple pie filling in bottom of pan.

Mix the following in bowl:

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt

Add 1 unbeaten egg to mix and mix gently with a fork to make it crumbly and sprinkle it over the apples.

Pour 1/2 cup of butter over mix and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until brown.
