HONEY BANANA BREAD 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. honey
2 eggs
1 c. overripe bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates

Cream butter and honey. Add eggs, then mashed bananas. Blend well. Add flour, soda, salt, and mix well. Add pecans and dates. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Cook at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes or until done.
