HONEY BANANA BREAD | |
1 c. butter 3/4 c honey 2 eggs 1 c. over ripe mashed bananas 2 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped pecans 1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates Preheat oven to 350°F for 15 minutes before baking. Cream butter and honey. Add eggs, then mashed bananas. Blend well. Add flour, soda and salt; mix well. Add pecans and dates and stir. Pour mixture into greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake in a 350°F degree oven for 30 minutes or until done. |
