DUTCH HONEY BREAD 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 c. honey
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 well beaten egg (or 2 egg whites)

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add the buttermilk, egg, and honey, blend well. Pour into an oiled 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 60 minutes. When done this bread has a very firm crust. 16 slices at 90 calories each.
