BOB'S HEALTHY VEGETABLES 
1/2 c. water
1 lb. ground turkey
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 lg. carrots, sliced
2 med. potatoes, cubed
1 c. water

Place 1/2 cup of water, turkey and onions in covered saucepan at medium heat so that mixture boils. Break turkey into pieces as it cooks, and add the balance of ingredients at 10 minute intervals. Pour in balance of water as needed. Keep mixture at a low boil. When all vegetables are tender, remove from heat and serve warm. Serves 3 to 4.
