HEALTHY VEGGIE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup (Healthy Choice)
1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cup dairy sour cream (fat-free)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Cook vegetables until crisp, 5 minutes; drain. Mix all ingredients and place in 9x13-inch dish. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
