STUFFING AND VEGGIE CASSEROLE 
1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
1 box frozen cauliflower (cut into pieces)
1 box frozen broccoli, chopped
1 can celery soup (cream style)
1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Bring cauliflower and broccoli to boil. Boil for 1 minute. Prepare stuffing according to directions. Combine veggies and stuff in large bowl. Stir in soup undiluted. Mix all ingredients well. Pour in 2 quart casserole. Cover the top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
