VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots mix
1 stick butter
1 pkg. seasoned croutons
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 can Durkee French fried onion rings

Steam vegetables; drain well. In large pot, melt butter, both soups and Cheddar cheese. To this mix, add vegetables and croutons. Mix until evenly coated. Put in oven proof casserole and top first with Mozzarella, then onion rings. Cover with foil. Bake 350 degrees 35 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 5 minutes more.
