ALL NATURAL BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 c. honey 1 c. butter 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. whole wheat flour 1 1/2 c. oats 3 sm. tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda Cream honey and butter until light and mixed well. Add eggs and beat again. Add vanilla, dry ingredients and beat until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes. VARIATIONS: Add any one or more of the following: 1 cup chopped nuts, raisins, chopped dates, or chopped prunes, coconut, chopped cherries. |
