ALL NATURAL MUFFINS | |
4 egg whites, lightly beaten 3/4 c. non fat milk 1/2 c. plain yogurt 1/2 c. apple juice concentrate 1 c. rolled oats 1 c. bran cereal 2 lg. apples, grated 1 1/4 c. raisins 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1 c. walnuts (opt.) Combine egg whites, milk, yogurt, juice, bran and raisins. Mix dry ingredients and add to above. Mix well. Bake 425 degrees for 25 minutes in greased muffin pans. |
