HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1 c. ground bell pepper (green or red)
2-4 tbsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
2 foil pkg. Certo

After grinding bell peppers, put in blender for a minute or two. Combine all ingredients except Certo. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a rolling boil that cannot be stirred down.

Remove from fire; add Certo. Stir to mix. Skim off froth. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal. Makes 7 (1/2 pint) jars. Red pepper makes a pretty red jelly.
