PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine cream cheese, pineapple, pepper, onion and salt, mix well, and chill. Form mixture into a ball and roll it in nuts. Best if made 1 week before use.
