PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 sm. can pimento
1/2 c. celery, diced
2/3 c. nutmeats
1/2 pt. cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1 pkg. lemon Jello

Drain juice from pineapple and boil with enough water to make 2 cups. Use this to dissolve Jello. Mash cheese with pimento together with salt and fold into warm Jello. Cool. Add pineapple, celery and nuts. Fold in whipped cream and chill.
