CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 sm. bottle soy sauce
24 chicken wings

Combine ingredients. Marinate chicken wings 6 hours or overnight. Drain. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour. Baste frequently with remaining sauce.

NOTE: Double this and it should handle a 5 pound bag of chicken wings.
