CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS | |
3 lbs. chicken wings, cut at joints MARINADE: 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic (or equivalent in powder), minced 1 tbsp. molasses 1 1/2 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. ground ginger Marinate chicken wings at least 24 hours. Drain and place in single layer pan that has been lined with foil. Cook, without turning, 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees until deeply browned and well done. These are great for appetizers or buffets. Can double or triple recipe, but adjust garlic to taste. |
