VIRGINIA'S CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
1/2 c. soy sauce, lite
1/2 c. of your favorite barbecue sauce
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. oil
3 tbsp. sugar or honey
2 cloves garlic
2 pkgs. chicken wings, cut up and tips discarded

Mix in gallon size ziploc bag. Marinate the chicken wings in this mixture for 16 hours in the refrigerator. Don't cheat! Remove contents from ziploc bag and then place in a foil-lined shallow pan and bake, covered with foil, for 1 hour at 325°F in a preheated oven. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer.
